Each item is made to order. There is a 70% non refundable fee once the order is received and started. Once shipped, all items are nonreturnable and nonfundable.
Helmets can take 2 to 4 weeks to be made and delivered, I outsource my visors, which take time since they do the visors in batches. As well as the helmets might take longer if I have prior orders to fulfill.
